We recommend attending during your second trimester (weeks 14–27), when energy levels are higher and travel is most comfortable. Each mother has her own private studio with an ensuite bathroom, bedroom, and kitchenette. All meals prepared and included. Bring a friend to share your studio and you both receive 10% off.

What to expect
The Retreat Flow
Day 1
Arrival & Opening
Settle into Bastion del Drago. An evening welcome ceremony, gentle introductions, and a beautifully prepared seasonal dinner shared together as the sun sets over Gran Canaria.
Day 2
Body & Breath
Morning prenatal yoga, breathwork for labour preparation, and an afternoon workshop on birth preferences and comfort techniques. Every meal today is a moment of nourishment, wholesome and made from scratch.
Day 3
Heart & Mind
A deeper dive into birth mindset, partner communication, and postpartum preparation. Afternoon free time in the gardens or by the pool, followed by an intimate dinner crafted with the finest local ingredients.
Day 4
Integration & Closing
A gentle morning reflection practice, closing circle, and a lovingly prepared farewell brunch before departures. You leave rested, nourished, informed, and held.
Our story
Born from Belief
Eanna was born from a simple belief: that pregnancy is one of the most powerful transitions a woman will ever make, and it deserves to be honoured, not rushed.
We found our home at Bastion del Drago, a centuries-old estate in Arucas, Gran Canaria, surrounded by volcanic stone walls, lush gardens, and an atmosphere of deep quiet. It felt like the only possible place.
Our retreats are intimate by design: just eight rooms, each a private studio with an ensuite bathroom and kitchenette, led by experienced birth professionals who believe in evidence-based care delivered with warmth.
